Important Reminders for Fall 2011

You made it!

By this point, you should have already paid for all the classes that you've been enrolled in as well as your Student Health Fee and you're well on your way to a successful semester.

Just a few reminders:

  • If you are still waitlisted for classes, be sure to check your email everyday! Once your number comes up, you will be emailed a notification to register for the class. Because you have the FYE hold on your student record, you must contact Cheri Sawyer in our Admissions office and have her manually enroll you into the class. You can call her at 619-388-2682 or you can email her directly at csawyer@sdccd.edu to have her enroll you into the class. Either way, please make sure you have your CSID ready so that she can look you up in the registration system quickly.
  • Anytime you add a class (a completely new one or from the waitlist) you MUST pay for the class within 5 business days or you will be dropped from the class. You can pay online through Reg-e.
  • Before you Add or Drop any of your classes throughout the semester, you MUST come see a counselor so that they can approve the add or drop. You will then fill out a new registration sheet and turn that in to admissions so they can add/drop you to/from the classes you've identified.

In order to remain eligible to participate in FYE in the Spring 2012 Semester, you MUST remain in 12 units during the Fall 2011 semester and be enrolled in a Math, English, and Personal Growth 120 class.
