The Associated Students Government (ASG) is the representative body of the students in the shared governance process at Mesa College. The Associated Students Government provides students with practical leadership experience in the area of budget/financial planning, parliamentary procedures, and in the development of programs and services which are designed to meet the students needs. The student leaders and the staff of the Student Affairs Office encourage you to get involved and take part in the many leadership opportunities available at Mesa College.

Mesa College Associated Student Government (ASG) positions are a great opportunity that affords students invaluable experience and skills in leadership, event planning, networking, public speaking, and time management. In addition, holding an ASG position looks great on a resume and gives students a strong advantage on transfer applications! TAKE A STAND AGAINST BUDGET CUTS!
Support ASG's cause against further cuts to education. Donate at least one dollar to the Associated Student Government and receive a silicone "NO MORE CUTS" bracelet as appreciation for your generosity. Pick up your bracelet in the Student Affairs or the Associated Student Government office (H-500/ H-600). Proceeds will be used to support student life activities at Mesa College.
This year's ASG has taken a stance against budget cuts by coordinating and participating in campus, regional and statewide rallies. We have advocated for students at the State's Capital and have attended conferences and committee meetings to better educate ourselves about the budget and its potential impact on students. Your donation for a bracelet is a great way to take a stand and support our efforts
Thanks for your support!
